Ao passearmos pela charmosa Vilinha do Marceneiro, alguns pequenos restaurantes nos chamaram a atenção. Entre eles, o Mara Bistrô se destacou — somos naturalmente atraídos por lugares assim, discretos, íntimos e com alma. Foi ele o escolhido. O atendimento, ainda em seus primeiros passos, pode não conquistar de imediato — mas há algo que floresce além do serviço. Conhecemos Ronaldo, pai da proprietária, que nos bem acolheu. Anfitrião de sorriso fácil e boa prosa, revelou a essência familiar que habita o lugar. Vieram à mesa os Aracatu Real — delicados bolinhos de caranguejo — e, depois, um arroz de polvo com camarão, envolto em um caldo generoso. Os sabores estavam no ponto exato: nem exuberantes demais, nem tímidos. Um equilíbrio daqueles que aquecem a alma. Na saída, Ronaldo ainda fez questão de participar da foto que tiramos do local, fechando a visita com o mesmo calor com que nos recebeu.

Pratos muito saborosos e atendimento excelente. Não deixe de pedir os bolinhos de Aratu como entrada, muito deliciosos e preço bem acessível (6 bolinhos por 30,00). O gerente Sr Ronaldo e as meninas atendem muito bem, uma simpatia. Comida bem saborosas, como o bobó de Camarão e o purê de abóbora. (Pratos bem servidos)
